Thanks for connecting and allow me to introduce myself.
I am an entrepreneur, coach, facilitator and
life-long student of human behaviour and potential.
For over 4 decades I have been personally
obsessed with how we can best grow and contribute, both personally and professionally.
What I have learned in that time is that while
self-improvement is essential, real growth lies in the deeper realms of self-discovery and self-acceptance.
I accompany courageous founders and leaders
on that journey.

Too many founders and leaders focus almost exclusively on trying to identify a winning strategy and the subsequent actions they need to take in order to succeed. I should know.
I spent years doing the same thing.
That was until I learned that success is an inside game.
Action is of course important. But awareness is critical. Especially awareness of ourselves.
How well do you know yourself? When was the last time you really took time to work on yourself? What is your relationship with stillness? Why are you not where you want to be? Who are you really capable of becoming?
